# Hello & welcome to DEADPXLZ! This space is the official one-stop-shop for all of the relevant and latest information on the **DEADPXLZ** ecosystem. The project started out in March 2021. It was born out of a desire to build in and innovate the crypto space as well as bring people together in a thriving community of likeminded individuals. ### TL;DR **$DING Royale will**: * Onboard new users into the ecosystem and further consolidate the $DING economy; * Run a POC version of the Genesis PXL Holder Rewards distribution system; * Will enable Genesis PXL holders to redeem their PXL Forging rewards in ADA; * Accelerate the development of PXL Wars; ### Problem statement 1. The current circulating supply of the $DING token is below 10% of the total supply. Both buying and selling pressure piling up on the current DEX LP are creating trade volatility as well as inviting impermanent loss and fluctuant slippage rates. 2. The current number of $DING holders is around 1.3K vs. an estimated amount of 50K daily users participating in the Cardano ecosystem at the time of writing (September '22) and is concentrated around DEADPXLZ NFT holders as most of the $DING supply in circulation stems from the [PXL Staking programme](/ding-token-metrics/distribution/pxl-staking). 3. Consolidating the $DING economy and ecosystem has proven time consuming for the project and is offsetting development milestones as well as creating the inevitable necessity of engaging 3rd party entities in order to achieve reasonable deadline completion. ### Resolution Mitigating the problems presented above invites coming up with a one-stop-shop solution which attempts to solve all of these issues. This is where **$DING Royale** comes in. By implementing this programme, DEADPXLZ sets out to achieve the following objectives: 1. The **consolidation of the $DING token's circulating supply** via special distribution mechanics which will welcome the broader community of non-PXL holders into the $DING holder fold. 2. Introducing the **POC version of the** [**Genesis PXL holder rewards mechanism**](/pxl-wars/game-economy/genesis-rewards) to the Cardano mainnet so as to give a taste of things to come to the community who have been highly anticipating this important feature rollout. 3. User wishes to spend **500 ADA** in $DING Royale at the current ADA/DING exchange rate of **0.05 ADA/DING**. 2. User opens the app via the $DING platform at . 3. User inputs the amount they wish to spend (500 ADA) 4. User submits a transaction of 500 ADA + fees. 5. User receives: * **A participation NFT** which can redeem **10,000 $DING**, subject to 30 days of vesting as well as provides **10% APR** for the duration of time that it is left unclaimed. Note that the APR is also subject to a 30-day lockup. * **A Forged PXL** worth **76.90 ADA** on the house! 6. ### Genesis PXL holder rewards Since all Forged PXLZ introduced in the $DING Royale Programme feature 3 attributes, according to the [**Genesis Rewards Distribution**](/pxl-wars/game-economy/genesis-rewards) formula, 70% of the amount spent on forging will go to genesis holders and 30% will carry on in the PXL Wars ADA Treasury. With $DING Royale going live, Genesis Holder Rewards will become a reality. {% hint style="info" %} **Update #2** (December, 2022)\ The $DING LP Drive programme has come to an end. All eligible airdrops have been sent to the corresponding wallets and users can now claim their LP Tokens. **Update #1** (September, 2022)\ Following a successful accumulation phase of the DING LP Drive programme, the DEADPXLZ community has managed to raise a **1.6M ADA TVL**. These funds have since been added to the [**DING/ADA liquidity pool**](https://app.minswap.org/swap?currencySymbolA=\&tokenNameA=\¤cySymbolB=ce5b9e0f8a88255b65f2e4d065c6e716e9fa9a8a86dfb86423dd1ac0\&tokenNameB=44494e47) on Minswap. A ADA/MIN/DING triple yield farm has also been set up for those who wish to stake their Minswap LP tokens. {% endhint %} The **$DING LP Drive** is an incentivised liquidity provision programme dedicated exclusively to $DING holders which is set to happen in late August 2022. By this point in the project timeline, the vast majority of $DING circulating supply will be held by Genesis or metaPXL holders who participated in the [PXL Staking](/ding-token-metrics/distribution/pxl-staking) event. ### **Problem statement** In order to kickstart the $DING trading economy, liquidity pools supplying the ADA/DING pair need to provide sufficient depth in order for traders to avoid unreasonable [slippage rates](https://integral.link/post/slippage-and-price-impact-in-defi-explained) aka get the best possible deal for their trades at a given time by incurring as little as possible losses. ### **Resolution** Raising enough liquidity in the form of the DING / ADA pair so as to provide a good trading user (and wallet) experience in the form of an incentivised event via the Get $DING platform, [**https://getding.gg**](https://getding.gg). In addition to classic liquidity provision in DeFi, where users just go onto a decentralised exchange and just order a liquidity provision, the $DING LP Drive event aims to incentivise brave, early $DING holders (ie. PXL holders) by offering exclusive benefits to all those who dare venture forth and participate in this limited programme. {% hint style="info" %} The $DING LP Drive programme will be developed completely in-house, in that sweet, unique DEADPXLZ style! {% endhint %} ### **Let's take a closer look at how the programme's going to unfold!** 1. The 1st phase of the $DING LP Drive will consist of a 10 day period of time in which $DING holders will be able to provide DING / ADA liquidity via the [Get $DING platform](https://getding.gg/lp-drive). 2. Based on how much liquidity was raised during the 1st stage, the entirety of the funds will be transferred to one or multiple Cardano DEXes (ie. [minswap](https://minswap.org), [wingriders.com](https://wingriders.com) etc) via liquidity provision operations. 3. The resulting LP tokens will then be distributed towards everyone who participated in the programme relative to the amount they provided. This liquidity will be then locked for 30 days at the end of which participants will be eligible to claim part of their Rewards (see below) as well as the full corresponding amount of LP tokens. The goal is for the DEX liquidity pools to provide sufficient depth and as such allow a seamless $DING trading experience and avoid sudden price dumps (historically known to happen) due to liquidity withdrawal. 4. There are 5 PXL bases in the game, DEAD, REPTILE, VAMPIRE, WEREWOLF & ALIEN. A base can support up to 6 forging slots. Each forging slot can be used by one attribute. Each attribute (69 total) provides special abilities to a PXL (active or passive). Each forged PXL can have up to 6 lives. No more than 3 identical attributes can be forged / account. The maximum number of PXLZ which can be forged by one account is 20. Forged PXLZ can be removed to free up space. A user cannot remove or add attributes onto an already-forged PXL. PXL Bases will feature passive and active native abilities which can be used during battle. Attributes can be forged on top of a user’s existing PXL bases provided they are compatible with that specific base. Forging will funnel funds into the PXL Wars ADA Treasury as well as into the Genesis PXL Holders ADA Treasury based on how many attributes are being forged per each PXL. The more attributes that are being forged on one single PXL, the more of the total forging cost will be funnelled into the Wars ADA Treasury and vice-versa. Consequentially, once a PXL has been forged, a user may not add extra attributes on top, even if not all forging slots have been filled. The more attributes are being forged per PXL, a lower percentage of ADA will go to the Holder Treasury at a higher frequency in favour of a higher percentage going to the PXL Wars ADA Treasury. Bases will also be rewarded following the same model with 0 attribute bases to receive a fixed ADA amount at each PXL forge. Genesis holders will be able to redeem their ADA rewards on a familiar rotation basis. Attribute revenue rotation will be dictated by the attribute number rarity of each PXL which features the attribute which is being forged: 8-attri / 1-attri / 6-attri / 2-attri / 3-attri / 5-attri / 4-attri, in the ascending order of their respective PXL IDs. Base revenues & Legendary revenues will be distributed in the ascending order of the underlying PXL ID. Legendary Genesis PXL revenues will be fuelled by a percentage deducted from the Loot Box revenue. Since rewards will now likely be different / each forge process, the original reward redeem model has also changed into a time based one. Let's assume that User A is forging **3 different PXLZ** in the PXL Forge: 1. **DEAD Base** with one **Gold Chain** and one **Headphones** attributes. 2. **DEAD Base** with one **Gold Chain**, one **Turtleneck** and one **Golden Earrings** attributes. 3. **WEREWOLF Base** with one **Gold Chain**, one **Cigarette** attributes. ### Cost Breakdown (according to current [Forge Pricing model](/pxl-wars/game-economy/forge-pricing)) 1. **PXL#1 (2 attributes)**: 20 ADA (base) + 10 ADA (Gold Chain) + 24.03 ADA (Headphones) = **54.03 ADA** 2. **PXL#2 (3 attributes)**: 20 ADA (base) + 10 ADA (Gold Chain) + 13.27 ADA (Turtleneck) + 14.70 (Golden Earrings) = **57.97 ADA** 3. **PXL#3 (2 attributes)**: 70 ADA (base) + 10 ADA (Gold Chain) + 16.90 ADA (Cigarette) = **96.90 ADA** **Total Cost = 208.90 ADA** ### Reward Distribution for Genesis Holders Genesis rewards pools hold all of the corresponding reward funds stemming from forging. These funds are accessible to Genesis PXL holders based on their Genesis PXL holdings. Each attribute and base has its own genesis reward pool. The general calculation formula looks like this: $$ GRa = (1 - NoFA/10) \* Pa $$ Where:\ **GRa** - Genesis Rewards for item a\ **NoFA** - Total Number of Forged Attributes on a PXL\ **Pa** - Price of forging item a The ADA amount coming into each pool is dictated by the number of attributes which is being forged on a PXL at a given time. If a PXL is forged with only 1 attribute, regardless of the base chosen, 90% of the total cost of that PXL is sent to the corresponding genesis reward pool. If the number of attributes being forged on a PXL is 5 however, only 50% of the total value of that PXL is shipped to the corresponding genesis rewards pool.

A total of **161.31 ADA** will be distributed towards various genesis holders. Let's assume that Genesis Holder X owns a Gold Chain DEAD-base Genesis PXL. Let's also assume that Genesis Holder X is [eligible](/pxl-wars/game-economy/genesis-rewards-eligibility) for redeeming their ADA rewards on this Genesis PXL. That holder can then redeem the following amount: **30 / 2 + 23 / 3 = 22.66 ADA** General calculation formula: $$ TR\_{z}=\frac{1}{n} \sum\_{i=1}^{n} x\_{i}=\frac{1}{n}\left(x\_{1}+\cdots+x\_{n}\right) $$ Where:\ **TRz** - Total Reward for a given attribute z\ **n** - Total number of times that attribute z was forged\ **x** - Amount added to Genesis Reward Pool after forging. ### Funds Distribution for PXL Wars Treasury Assuming the same example as above, the remaining funds out of the total **192 ADA** which were spent on forging are to be distributed to the PXL Wars ADA Treasury:\ 208.90 ADA - 161.31 ADA = **47.59 ADA** The formula for this calculation is quite simple: $$ PWT = TF - TG $$ Where: **PWT** - PXL Wars Treasury ADA funds\ **TF** - Total ADA spent on forging\ **TG** - Total ADA sent to the Genesis Holder Pools {% hint style="info" %} This fund is exclusively meant to cover the ADA rewards for winners of PvP PXL Wars battles. {% endhint %} Assuming that the user who forged the above attributes and bases faces them off against another player and loses, the amount that his opponent will be winning is 10% of the total value he spent on forging them which in this case is **20.89 ADA**. {% hint style="info" %} The PXL Wars Treasury is designed to support paying a winner of any given PvP game, completely independent from the total number of players. {% endhint %} # Genesis Rewards Eligibility [**Genesis PXL**](/the-basics/genesis-pxlz) holders will be able to explicitly redeem their PXL Wars passive ADA rewards via a dedicated landing page. In order to avoid a *first come, first served* approach and make things fair for everyone, the reward distribution will be done via a Rotation Mechanics. This means that each of the 10,000 Genesis PXLZ gets a ranking number, based on its overall rarity and whenever enough attributes or bases matching a given PXL have been forged in-game, the holder of said PXL will be able to redeem their genesis rewards. {% hint style="info" %} The official rotation will be made available soon and will be showcased on the [PXL Explorer](/ecosystem/pxl-explorer) as well.
